Returns, damages and cancellation rights

Change of mind: Please get in touch within 14 days of delivery.
Please return your item unused and in original condition.
You are responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. ​This value will be deducted from your refund.
Return items within 30 days of delivery, in the original packaging if possible.
Following receipt of returned items, a refund will be arranged for the product price paid and original standard delivery charges.
Any delivery service upgrade and the costs of returning the item will not be refunded.

Damaged Product: Please get in touch within 30 days.
This rarely happens as all items are checked over before packing.  We package with great care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition for you to enjoy wherever you are in the world. 

If your product is damaged you will need to send photos of the product and the packaging.  If the box shows signs of damage before opening please take photos of the box before and during opening.

Damaged products will be replaced, not refunded. Your replacement product will vary slightly due to the nature of handmade.  If a replacement is not in stock, a new product will be made for you.  This can take up to 5 weeks.

Cancellations: Please get in touch as soon as possible. 
If the item has been dispatched it is too late to cancel.  

Exceptions: All Commissions and Personalised Orders
If you’ve ordered a bespoke commission:
- change of mind returns and refunds do not apply.
- cancellation needs to be requested before any work has started on the order.
