Spring Flowers Wall Plaque 36cm

At an exhibition a couple of years ago, I met a woman who had recently lost her daughter to suicide.
As her daughter loved flowers, she asked if I could make a memorial wall piece for their garden, together with some of my flowers on stems.
I made a few to choose from and this piece is one of the larger ones.
Hand modelled, frost proof stoneware  daffodils, roses, leaves, forgetmenots and a little bee. Painted with my own brightly coloured, shiny glazes.
