If you wish to return this piece for any reason, please ensure that you wrap and package it exactly as it arrived to you. This is essential to prevent any breakage during transit. Send the item back to me within 21 days of receiving it.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the returned piece has arrived at my studio and I have had the opportunity to inspect it for any damage, I will refund the price of the piece to you.

Using a suitable brush, gently scrub the surface of to ensure it is clean. Once finished, rinse thoroughly to remove any remaining debris.
